New UI Delivers High Performance and Accelerates Adoption

Tokyo, Japan; Lyon, France; Boston, MA, USA.  February 25, 2021. Agatha Inc. announces the official release of its new PRISM User Interface for the Agatha Suite of Clinical Operations and Quality Management applications.

The PRISM user interface incorporates new design elements, including expandable panels, tiles, context-sensitive menus, and functions to streamline user actions. The result is a seamless user experience that delivers improvements in usability and performance and new capabilities and functionality.

Agatha engaged with existing customers throughout the design and development process that led to the PRISM UI.

The PRISM UI delivers improvements on four dimensions. 

  • Improved Usability. Among many other changes, the PRISM UI incorporates collapsible right and left panels that allow a user to maintain context between processes, documents, and actions. That means fewer clicks and faster execution.
  • Improved Performance. The PRISM UI delivers markedly improved performance, with faster execution of user requests. In tests, frequently-accessed tasks such as opening workspaces and documents were executed two to five times faster.
  • New Capabilities and Functions. New features and improvements in notifications, reporting, and exporting enhance users’ ability to execute everyday tasks efficiently.
  • Faster Adoption. Agatha’s testing shows new users become capable of basic navigation and completing basic tasks in as little as 15 minutes, without training. This will accelerate the onboarding process for new users, allowing organizations to get into production even faster.

All new Agatha customers use the PRISM UI. Existing customers have the option to switch between the traditional Agatha UI and the new UI at a workspace or user level, ensuring they transition their team to the new UI effectively.
